Throughout November and December the Winlaw Leadership group has been selling popcorn on Tuesday’s to help put together hampers for families who may be in need of extra food throughout the holidays. The students will put together the hampers and have them delivered to the Slocan Valley Food Bank on the 19^th.

Nathan Pompana, an AbEd student at Winlaw has developed a real passion for cooking. In November, Nathan made a delicious pot of chili for some of his peers. We look forward to continuing to foster Nathan’s passion for cooking and seeing what other dishes he is able to create.

A warm welcome back to everyone in the new year. There will be many great things to report as we continue learning in 2026.
