Winlaw Elementary Hot Lunch Program is Going Online!

On-line Registration is open

Ordering will begin November 20, 2023

Here’s How:

  1. Go to https://winlaw.hotlunches.net/admin/
  2. Click the "REGISTER" menu at the top right-hand corner to sign up. Our school access code is WHL.
  3. Enter your name, email address and phone number.
  4. If you would like to volunteer to help serve on hot lunch days, click the volunteer button and the option will be added to your profile.
  5. Your user id will be your email address that you will use for access to the hot lunches’ application. Enter a password and then enter it again to verify that it is correct.
  6. Once registered, you will be logged into the website
  7. Please add your student(s) by clicking on the "STUDENTS" button or the "PROFILE" menu tab. Once your student(s) have been added to the system you will be able to place lunch orders starting November 20 by clicking the "Order" button.
  8. Remember to place all orders for all your students before proceeding to payment.

As in past years, you may place an order for any or all lunch dates.

Along with payment through this system with credit card (no need to print remittance form), we are continuing to accept cash and cheques (made payable to Winlaw PAC) with orders.

If paying with cash or cheque, you must then select your form of payment as cash or cheque while ordering. You then print out the ‘Remittance Form’ and send the cash or cheque with the form and order to the school in a sealed envelope. If you are unable to print the ‘Remittance Form’, simply place your cash or cheque in a sealed envelope with the student(s) name and lunch order.

Deadline to order December hot lunches is November 29.
