HOT LUNCH ONLINE ORDERING - Winlaw Elementary School
Our Online Hot Lunch Program is officially up and running. We will be doing online ordering for all orders to ensure accuracy and to make the process as easy as possible for the hot lunch volunteers.
There will be two cycles of ordering:
- January 14 – March 11th (Spring Break)
- April 9 – End of school year
Here's how to get started...
· Go to winlaw.hotlunches.net
· Click on "Click Here to Register" prompt below the Login button
· Enter Access Code WHL
· Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
· Once Registered, click the “Students” button to add your child(ren). Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Winlaw Elementary Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
· Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
Payments:
Credit card payments are required at the time of ordering (Visa, Mastercard or Amex accepted). Please note, there is a small transaction fee (0.033%) which is why we allow people the option to order for 3 months at a time. If for whatever reason you are unable to use our online system and/or make a credit card payment, please reach out to Sayre at winlawhotlunch@gmail.com
All children deserve to have access to hot lunch! If you require financial assistance, please reach out to the school so we can support you:

IMPORTANT: You can put in an order at anytime, but orders must be received and paid for by Friday to receive hot lunch the following Wednesday. NO EXCEPTIONS! For example, to receive our first hot lunch on January 14th, you will need to place an order by Friday, January 9th end of school day.
